Your site is designed so wonderfully, the aesthetic is so concentrated & I love how interactive it is. The visual designs of your shrines remind me so much of similar sites from the early 2000's, so sleek... Huge inspiration for me...

I read your most recent diary entries, and I felt the need to write to you again. I'm so sorry, you don't deserve any of this pain and the indifference to said pain, I hope you know that. In The Last Unicorn, for Amalthea, just the knowledge that there were other unicorns in this world was enough to comfort her, to ease her loneliness. I know nothing of you other than what you share here (isn't that liberating?), and I know that this is rather silly, but I feel like you are like Amalthea. Please, do not be discouraged. There are others, I promise.

hey rose, i have read your reply here. you arent being rambly at all, and you completely hit the nail on the head about the addiction to convenience, infographics, and short form content. slowly we are moving towards "how well put together information is", than "what is to be learned and done". theres a bigger point to be made about the attention economy, but ill leave that to another day.
for now, how wonderful that we both agree! and...
all the very best for the mcat, you can do this!!! you will be a great doctor/specialist. its a long road ahead, but one that is so worth it imho.

Thank you so much! Definitely would be interested in reading your take on the attention economy. Switching to slow learning ie books, papers etc as opposed to from tik tok, instagram etc. has been one of the best changes for myself
